The panel discussion with experts event is another key milestone in the past, present, and future of the HRM project, financed by the International Visegrad Fund. As an organizational supportive function, Human Resource Management plays a vital role in driving businesses toward success. Despite the potential for AI to replace certain aspects of Human Resources, organizational human resources will continue to be the lifeblood of future organizations, albeit with numerous structural modifications. You will be exposed to the realities of the past, present, and future HRM function and its practices based on the latest survey findings in the V4 region countries during the upcoming panel discussion.
